My Why
There is so much information available everywhere about nutrition and supplements- from TV ads and internet searches to social media and random people you meet at the grocery store. Some of it is good, and some of it is just too good to be true. It can be quite confusing for anyone to decipher what is real and what is hyped up.
If you do a search for “who is the nutrition supplement expert?”, Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists is the first answer that appears. Once someone finds out that I am a Registered Dietitian, they usually tell me to ignore what they are eating, then follow up with “what vitamins should I take?” That question has led me to a lot of time reading research and led me to here- creating a place where I can share evidence based information with others looking for the same thing.
